A comforting dish featuring succulent chicken breasts coated in a spicy-sweet glaze with feta cheese.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts well with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Carefully place the seasoned chicken breasts in the skillet. Sear them on both sides until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
  5. Drizzle the hot honey over the chicken, then sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top.
  6. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat to keep chicken moist.
