  • Extra sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg and almond extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Whisk together the flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
