  • 1 cup Cheese (e.g., cheddar) (shredded)
  • 2 large Eggs (can substitute with flax eggs for vegan option)
  • 1/2 cup Almond flour (or coconut flour, use less)
  • 1 tsp Salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper (freshly cracked for bolder flavor)
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder (can substitute with onion powder or herbs)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Broccoli by steaming it until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Chop finely and let cool.
  2. Mix Cheese and Eggs in a bowl until creamy.
  3. Add Broccoli and Spices, folding gently to coat.
  4. Incorporate the Flour gradually until just combined.
  5. Shape the mixture into small rounds, about 1-2 inches in diameter.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  7. Cool the rounds on the baking sheet for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
