A cozy comfort food dish featuring jumbo pasta shells stuffed with a creamy cheese filling, bathed in marinara sauce and topped with cheese.

Ingredients

  • Jumbo pasta shells
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Marinara sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook jumbo pasta shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain and let cool slightly.
  3. Combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell generously with the cheese mixture.
  5. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Arrange the stuffed shells in the dish and cover with the remaining marinara sauce.
  7. Sprinkle additional mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
  8. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  10. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
