  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 medium lemon, juice added at the end
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, optional garnish

Instructions
