Delicious sliders combining ham, turkey, and Swiss cheese in soft Hawaiian rolls, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Hawaiian rolls
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 12 slices deli ham
  • 12 slices deli turkey
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Powdered sugar for dusting
  • Raspberry or strawberry jam for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally through the middle and lay the bottom half in the baking pan.
  3. Layer 6 slices of Swiss cheese on the bottom half of the rolls.
  4. Add all the deli ham slices evenly over the Swiss cheese.
  5. Layer all the deli turkey slices over the ham.
  6. Top with the remaining 6 slices of Swiss cheese.
  7. Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese and meats.
  8. Whisk together melted butter, egg, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  9. Brush the butter mixture generously over the assembled sliders.
  10. Bake for about 25 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
  11. Dust with powdered sugar, slice into individual sliders, and serve with jam for dipping.

Notes

Sliders can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator, or frozen for future use.
