A comforting and indulgent one-pot pasta dish filled with rich flavors of garlic, beef, and creamy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (any type)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add the pasta, beef broth, and heavy cream to the pot and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and let simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider roasting the garlic before adding it to the beef. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
