  • 1 lb beef (sliced or ground)
  • 1 cup onion (sliced)
  • 1 cup bell pepper (sliced)
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
