A comforting and nutritious bake combining the flavors of pizza with high-protein cottage cheese.

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup diced pepperoni
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup cooked pasta or cauliflower rice
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and marinara sauce; add cooked pasta or cauliflower rice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, then mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Notes
