Ingredients

  • Shrimp
  • White fish
  • Crab
  • Potatoes
  • Vegetables (such as carrots, celery, and corn)
  • Garlic
  • Butter
  • Fresh herbs (like parsley or thyme)
  • Cream
  • Fish stock or broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat until golden and bubbling.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the chopped vegetables and let them cook until they soften slightly, about 3 minutes.
  4. Toss in the diced potatoes along with the shrimp, white fish, and crab. Pour in the fish stock to ensure everything is submerged.
  5. Bring the pot to a gentle simmer, cooking until the seafood is cooked through and the potatoes are tender, approximately 15 minutes.
  6. Lower the heat and stir in the cream, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper to taste.
