  • 2 tablespoons tandoori spice mix
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
