Delightful sliders made with sweet Hawaiian rolls, savory ham, and creamy cheddar cheese, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grease a baking dish and layer the bottom with the Hawaiian rolls.
  4. Add the diced ham evenly over the rolls.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the ham.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the ham and cheese.
  7. Place the tops of the rolls back on.
  8. Brush the melted butter on top and sprinkle with poppy seeds if desired.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the egg is set and the tops are golden.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
