  • 8 oz Herb Pub Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Half-and-half
  • 12 count White Button Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Provolone Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the mushrooms by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C) and cleaning the mushrooms.
  2. Make the filling by combining chopped mushroom stems, Herb Pub cheese, Half-and-half, Provolone cheese, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  3. Fill each mushroom cap generously with the cheese mixture.
  4. Top each stuffed mushroom with Panko breadcrumbs for a crispy texture.
  5. Bake the mushrooms for 25 minutes until golden brown.
