Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 racks of baby back ribs
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ribs by removing the membrane and seasoning them with salt and pepper.
  2. Create the flavorful sauce by mixing barbecue sauce, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Coat the seasoned ribs in the sauce mixture and place them in the slow cooker.
  4. Slow cook on low for 6-8 hours until the meat is tender.
  5. Broil the ribs in the oven for a few minutes for a crispy exterior, if desired.
  6. Serve with extra barbecue sauce for dipping.

Notes

For deeper flavor, marinate the ribs overnight. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
