A creamy and savory Spinach Queso Dip made in a slow cooker, perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 32 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
  • 10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 20 oz. Rotel tomatoes (two 10 oz. cans)
  • ½ lb. bacon, sliced and cooked

Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen spinach completely and squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. Add the cubed Velveeta, cream cheese, cooked bacon slices, drained spinach, and Rotel tomatoes into the slow cooker.
  3. Set the slow cooker on HIGH and cook for 120 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Once fully melted and combined, transfer the dip to a serving bowl and enjoy immediately.

Notes

This dip can be served with tortilla chips, pita chips, or fresh vegetables. It’s perfect for sharing.
