Delicious fusion of burgers and tacos that brings excitement to taco night.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
  • Pickles (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a small amount of cooking oil.
  2. Shape the ground beef into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
  3. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until browned and crispy on the edges.
  4. Warm the tortillas in another skillet or microwave until soft.
  5. Assemble the tacos with the cooked burger patties on the tortillas.
  6. Add shredded cheese on top of the patties and let it melt.
  7. Top with diced onions, chopped tomatoes, lettuce, and optional pickles.

Notes

Experiment with different toppings and cheese for varied flavors.
