Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for greasing the pan

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking pan with olive oil.
  2. Mix the chopped spinach, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and egg in a mixing bowl until well blended.
  3. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
  4. Combine the dry ingredients with the spinach mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
