A heartwarming dish featuring tender chicken breasts filled with a delightful blend of creamy feta and vibrant spinach.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 lemon, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and spoon the spinach and feta mixture generously on top.
  4. Optionally, place lemon slices on top of the chicken.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite sides.
