A vibrant and hearty bowl featuring marinated steak, creamy avocado, and sweet corn, perfect for family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of steak (sirloin or flank)
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1 cup of sweet corn (canned or fresh)
  • 2 cups of quinoa or rice, cooked
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak with olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill or skillet to medium-high heat and cook the steak to your desired doneness. Let it rest before slicing.
