Cozy and flavorful Sticky Chicken Bowls topped with a sweet and spicy glaze, served over fluffy rice.

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic, and ginger to create the glaze.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and add the diced chicken. Cook until browned and cooked through, approximately 7-10 minutes.
  3. Pour the glaze over the chicken and stir to coat.
  4. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the glaze thickens.
  5. Serve the sticky chicken over cooked rice, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Ensure chicken pieces are evenly cut for uniform cooking. This dish can be made ahead by prepping the glaze and chicken in advance.
