A refreshing and creamy dessert that captures the essence of summer with fresh strawberries and Cool Whip atop a graham cracker crust.

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 1 package (3 oz) strawberry gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the strawberry gelatin in boiling water and stir until fully dissolved.
  2. Add cold water and let the mixture cool for a few minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the sliced strawberries with the sugar and let them sit to produce juices.
  4. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until well combined.
  5. Pour the cooled gelatin mixture over the strawberries and Cool Whip mixture and stir gently to combine.
  6. Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  8. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

For best results, use fresh, ripe strawberries. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days.
