  • 1 box (6 oz) stovetop stuffing mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: shredded cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the ground beef, stovetop stuffing mix, water, milk, chopped onion, eggs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
  5. Add cheese on top if desired.
  6. Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  7. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
