Deliciously roasted cauliflower draped in a sweet maple syrup and soy sauce glaze, offering a perfect blend of flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 3 tablespoons Maple Syrup or Honey
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Take the head of cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, vinegar, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Toss the cauliflower florets with the glaze until every piece is coated evenly.
  5. Spread the glazed cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Once done, remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the cauliflower cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
