A refreshing salad that combines the crunch of fresh vegetables with the sweetness of apples, all tossed in a creamy tangy dressing. Perfect as a side dish or a light main course.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, grated
  • 2 medium apples, diced (preferably Granny Smith)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the green and red cabbage, grated carrots, and diced apples in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until well combined.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
