A comforting and flavorful Teriyaki Chicken Bowl that brings together tender chicken, vibrant vegetables, and a luscious teriyaki glaze in just 25 minutes.

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pan over medium heat, add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
  2. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken and let it simmer for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, steam the broccoli and bell peppers until tender.
