A delightful dish that combines pasta with creamy yogurt and garlic, enhanced by paprika-infused butter and fresh herbs.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Pasta (any type you prefer)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley, dill), chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the Paprika: In a pan, melt butter over medium heat and add paprika, stirring for about a minute until fragrant.
  3. Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a bowl, mix yogurt, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to taste, creating a creamy, garlicky blend.
  4. Toss the Pasta: Toss the cooked pasta in the yogurt mixture until well coated, giving it a lovely creamy texture.
  5. Combine with Paprika Butter: Pour the paprika butter over the pasta and stir to combine, ensuring every strand is enveloped in flavor.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Top with chopped fresh herbs before serving, adding a fresh touch that brightens the dish.

Notes

To keep your pasta from getting sticky, toss it with a little olive oil after draining. For an even richer flavor, substitute half of the butter with olive oil when sautéing the paprika.
