A refreshing and flavorful chicken salad made with tzatziki, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, red onion, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
  2. Gently fold in the cherry tomatoes and bell pepper.
  3. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
