  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing on low speed until combined.
  3. Add the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Beat on high speed for 3-5 minutes until the frosting is fluffy and smooth.
  5. If the frosting is too thick, add a little more cream until the desired consistency is achieved.

Notes

Store leftover frosting in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Re-whip before use.
