Instructions

  1. Preheat the Waffle Maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. Peel and grate the two large potatoes using a box grater or food processor.
  3. Mix the grated potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and shredded cheese.
  4. Prepare the waffle maker with cooking spray and spoon a portion of the potato mixture into it.
