  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crispy baby potatoes
  • Creamy dill feta sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the marinated chicken thighs on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Serve with crispy baby potatoes and drizzle the creamy dill feta sauce over the top.

Notes

For an even deeper flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. You can also sear the chicken thighs in a hot skillet before baking for crispy skin.
