A delicious and healthy pizza made without flour, using cottage cheese and almond flour for a protein-packed crust.

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the cottage cheese, eggs, almond flour, salt, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and baking powder in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Spread the batter onto the prepared baking sheet into a circle about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and firm.
