Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. Combine the chopped Medjool dates in a mixing bowl. Soak in warm water for 10 minutes if desired.
  3. Mix the eggs into the bowl with the dates and blend until well combined.
  4. Incorporate the baking powder and almond flour into the mixture and gently fold until just mixed.
