A light and refreshing tuna salad served in avocado halves for a delicious and visually appealing dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cherry tomatoes (optional)
  • Cucumber (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
  3. Scoop out a little of the avocado flesh to create a boat shape for the filling.
  4. Fill the avocado halves with the tuna mixture.
  5. Garnish with cherry tomatoes or cucumber if desired.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes
