  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Create the marinade by mixing together olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, honey, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  3. Coat the chicken legs in a baking dish with the marinade, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Arrange the chicken legs in a single layer in the baking dish.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 35-40 minutes, until cooked through and crispy.
  7. Rest the chicken for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. Bone-in, skin-on chicken legs work best.
