  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Whipped cream or ice cream (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Slice the bananas and place them in the greased baking dish.
  3. Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  4. Combine the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  5. Unite the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter over the bananas in the baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool slightly before serving with whipped cream or ice cream.
