  1. Blend until smooth: In a blender, combine the ripe banana, cottage cheese, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Mix in chia seeds: Pour the blended mixture into a jar or bowl and whisk in chia seeds until evenly distributed.
