  • 2 cups Mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 cups Rice (white or brown)
  • 1/2 cup Bang bang sauce (mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha)
  • Green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook your rice according to the package instructions.
  2. Sauté the chicken in a skillet over medium heat with a touch of oil, seasoning with salt and pepper, for 7 to 10 minutes.
  3. Stir-fry the mixed vegetables with the cooked chicken for about 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Whip up the Bang Bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a small bowl.
