  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken, salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a separate small bowl until smooth.

Notes
