  • 2 cups pulled beef
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup corn kernels (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the pulled beef with BBQ sauce until coated.
  3. Combine cornmeal, milk, eggs, baking powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spread the cornbread mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Layer the BBQ pulled beef on top of the cornbread mixture.
