A quick and delicious Beef and Broccoli stir-fry, packed with protein and vibrant flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef (sliced thinly)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Mix the sliced beef with cornstarch and a pinch of salt.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the beef and cook until browned. Remove the beef from the pan and set it aside.
  4. Add the remaining oil, garlic, and ginger to the same pan.
  5. Stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Return the beef to the pan and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and beef broth.
  8. Mix well to ensure every ingredient is encompassed in the sauce.
  9. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  10. Serve over a bed of fluffy cooked rice.

Notes

Optional: Add sliced mushrooms or bell peppers for extra flavor and nutrition.
