Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or spray it with cooking spray.
  2. Combine the dry ingredients by whisking together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Cream the butter and sugar in a separate bowl until light and fluffy using an electric mixer.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, and then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, alternating with the milk, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the rainbow sprinkles gently.
  7. Fill the muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full with batter.
  8. Bake for about 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
