Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • Lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Rub the tilapia fillets all over with Cajun seasoning, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Carefully place the seasoned tilapia fillets in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until blackened and flaky.
  4. Remove the tilapia from the skillet, let cool briefly, then break into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan until soft.
  6. Assemble the tacos by placing shredded cabbage on each tortilla, followed by flaked tilapia, avocado slices, and salsa.
  7. Finish with fresh lime juice and cilantro, then serve immediately.
