  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • Butter or cooking spray for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on one tortilla.
