A delicious and customizable breakfast wrap filled with crispy hash browns, scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, and cheese, all encased in a warm tortilla.

Ingredients

  • Flour tortillas
  • Scrambled eggs
  • Cooked bacon or sausage
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Hash browns
  • Sour cream
  • Salsa

Instructions

  1. Sizzle the hash browns in a skillet until they’re crispy.
  2. Scramble the eggs until soft and fluffy with a pinch of salt.
  3. Layer the tortilla with scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, hash browns, cheddar, sour cream, and salsa.
  4. Fold the tortilla edges over the filling to create a snug wrap.
  5. Cook the wrapped crunchwrap seam-side down in the skillet until golden brown, then flip it to brown the other side.

Notes
