  • 1 lb ground meat (beef or turkey, Halal-certified)
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup assorted pizza toppings (such as bell peppers, onions, olives, or halved cherry tomatoes)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the ground meat in a skillet over medium heat until cooked and broken into pieces.
  3. Combine the pizza sauce into the browned meat, mixing well.
  4. Cut the biscuit dough into quarters.
  5. Mix the biscuit pieces with the meat mixture and assorted toppings in a large bowl.
  6. Add 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese and stir until evenly distributed.
  7. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  9. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can replace the ground meat with vegetables for a vegetarian version. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
