These Buffalo Cauliflower Bites deliver classic buffalo wing flavor in a plant-based, baked snack that’s crispy and satisfying.

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, and salt to create a smooth batter.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, making sure it’s fully coated.
  4. Place the battered cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove the cauliflower bites from the oven and toss them in the buffalo sauce.
  7. Return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Notes

For extra crunch, add panko breadcrumbs to the batter. Adjust the buffalo sauce level to taste.
