  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Sear the chicken in a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat, seasoning with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken and slice.
  3. Create the sauce by adding chicken broth to the same skillet and bringing to a simmer. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing well. Allow to thicken slightly.
  4. Combine the cooked penne and sliced chicken with the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
