Crispy and golden eggrolls packed with the flavors of a classic cheeseburger, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 8 eggroll wrappers
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, diced pickles, and cheddar cheese until well combined.
  3. Lay an eggroll wrapper on a clean surface and place about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center.
  4. Fold the bottom of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly to seal.
  5. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet over medium heat. Fry the eggrolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For best texture, reheat leftovers in an oven instead of a microwave.
