A delicious and easy-to-make wrap filled with juicy chicken, melted cheese, and fresh veggies, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing or your preferred sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Sauté the chicken breasts in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes on each side.
  2. Shred the chicken using two forks or your hands once cooled slightly.
  3. Combine the shredded chicken with the shredded cheese, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Prepare the tortillas by laying them out and spreading ranch dressing on each one.
  5. Add shredded lettuce and diced tomato onto each tortilla.
  6. Fill the tortillas with the chicken mixture in the center.
  7. Roll up the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides.
  8. Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately with extra ranch dressing on the side.
