  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and place them in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are well-coated, and season with the spices.
  4. Combine the shredded cheddar cheese and softened cream cheese in a bowl.
